timeless music, 'Hymns'. Taped at the
rustic Chapel at the cove on the grounds of the Billy Graham Training
Centre near Asheville, NC, these new recordings find the Homecoming
Friends raising their voices in some of the most beloved inspirational
songs of the past two centuries: 'At Calvary,' 'Nothing But The Blood Of
Jesus,' 'Hallelujah, We Shall Rise,' and 'Rose Among The Thorns.'
Features a host of Gaither Homecoming Friends including, Howard and
Vestal Goodman, Jake Hess, The Gaither Vocal Band, Anthony Burger,
The Isaacs, Cynthia Clawson, Ben Speer, Ann Downing, Wesley
Pritchard, Larry Ford, Jeff and Sheri Easter, the Hayes Family, the Pascall
Sisters, George Younce, Buddy Greene, Selah, Lynda Randle, Sue
Dodge, Mary Tom (Speer) Reid, Stephen Hill, Russ Taff , Ivan Parker and
even George Beverly Shea and Cliff Barrows crept in to the back row to
join in the celebration!
All the guests were dressed in early 20th century clothes which helps
set the atmosphere of old time praise. As a result, this is probably the
most unusual Gaither video to date!
